That’s why, before we suggest a solution, we undertake an extensive audit of your print, production requirements and resources. This process includes four key stages and accurately defines, measures, analysesand optimises every aspect of your print infrastructure:

i) Engage

We establish the current printing profile including "Cost-per-page".

ii) Design

We develop a new print infrastructure proposal with the right balance of printers and Multifunction Printers (MFD's) to lower the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and ultimate Cost-perpage.

iii) Build

We install the agreed print infrastructure & software, then help you transform the cultural mindset, to maximise the benefits of your new print strategy.

iv) Manage

We regularly review and refine performance, asset management and tracking, organise proactive maintenance, and provide break fix management and Service desk support.
